The whole office’s mouth is watering now. We’ve decided to forego the whole “slicing” thing, and are thinking wrapping it in a warm whole wheat tortilla and just eating it as is.
@BretCB – it does look pretty good actually and the tortilla wrap will keep bacon grease off your fingers and give the impression that you’re eating healthy! Win-win!
The Top Chef people always seem to win if they put bacon on anything they make!
